A Fast Connector is a reusable, pre-terminated fiber optic connector designed for quick and reliable termination of single-mode or multimode fiber in field conditions. It features an internal cleave alignment mechanism, a pre-polished ferrule, and a mechanical splice that secures the cleaved fiber without the need for curing, polishing, or fusion splicing.
These connectors drastically reduce installation time and cost, making them ideal for FTTH (Fiber to the Home), FTTB, CATV, LAN, and on-site emergency repairs.
